We provide customers with a "goods return shopping guarantee" (excluding the "non-returnable products" below), so that you can shop with satisfaction. Please check whether the goods are in good condition when receiving the goods. If the goods are wrong or damaged, we will arrange an exchange or return for you. Non-returnable products

The return and exchange service does not apply to the following situations or products:  

• The product packaging is not intact (for example, the packaging tape or the box is torn off)

• Damaged or incomplete products that have been opened or have been used

• Any free gifts and trial gifts

• Products that failed to show receipt

Goods must be returned and exchanged within 7 days from receipt, and provide your name, order number, name of the goods, reason for the return, and photos of the defective goods (if applicable).
